Marketing & Sales Data Specialist

We're looking for a talented marketing and sales data specialist – someone with an eye for metrics and a real passion for challenges. Dig deep into performance data, optimize cutting-edge marketing and social strategies, manage a stack of advanced technologies, and work with an amazing crew of people in exciting areas like cloud, crypto, AI, and digital experience. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, monitor, interpret, and report on marketing and sales performance
  • Manage internal systems and ensure all data and information is complete and accurate
  • Translate our vision and business goals into KPIs with a well-defined digital marketing strategy
  • Manage and utilize our CRM and marketing automation platforms with a focus on data
  • Log prospects and setup drip campaigns for continuous engagement
  • Build digital measurement KPIs for targeting, tracking, and evaluating investments to maximize ROI
  • Assist with SEO, Google Ads, retargeting, and other digital channels to increase conversions
  • Create content and digital marketing campaigns via blogs, press releases, social media, and more
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and solve problems that support corporate initiatives
  • Assist sales teams with activities to promote products and grow SaaS subscriptions
  • Oversee partnerships and help source new partners and technologies
  • Optimize internal processes and improve branding and marketing program initiatives
  • Attend conferences and high profile client meetings and prepare relevant materials and reports
  • Help manage the company's public image and assist with media relations
  • Learn new skills, pursue new opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Be a brand ambassador and support the customer-centric focus of our team
 

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with data management and digital marketing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (Marketing, Journalism or Communications)
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying new trends and opportunities
  • Agile capabilities for mitigating risk and adjusting to rapid changes
  • Solid knowledge and experience with SEO and digital marketing tools/channels
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking with the ability to use both data and intuition to form decisions
  • Strong relationship-building chops, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction
  • A team player who's detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has a "chill" attitude 
  • Clear passion and a desire to grow with a dynamic company

Desired Skills & Technologies

  • Microsoft Excel – advanced experience
  • Salesforce CRM – strong experience
  • Marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Customer.io, etc.)
  • SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Digital marketing tools (such as Google Ads, AdRoll, etc.)
  • Extra credit: hands-on experience with subscription-based marketing or e-Commerce software
  • Big bonus: experience with demand generation and inbound or content marketing
