From plant tours to educational programs to business continuity assessments, FloridaMakes provides a wealth of resources to engage and foster growth in the manufacturing community.
FloridaMakes came to Solodev as a blank slate; they needed a way to engage and strengthen the high-wage manufacturing sector, but they didn’t have any ideas how to do that across the digital space. They wanted to promote their place as industry experts while making what they do and who they are an accessible message across their online platforms. They needed a website capable of managing an active schedule of webinars and events, while also allowing controls to manage programming based on differing membership levels.
In total, they needed a comprehensive digital solution that came from retail-focused platforms who understood FloridaMakes’s high customer-first standards.
Solodev DCX crafted an amazing digital customer experience with an intuitive frontend design that worked across screens and devices. Because of Solodev’s mobile-first strategy, FloridaMakes could safely engage more mobile users than ever before.
Solodev DCX created and supported two critical page managers for FloridaMakes’s success: events and RSVP. Both capabilities are key to retail marketers and bring the worlds of offline engineering and online engagement together. The Solodev partner solution established a rich, highly functional events manager to promote their program calendar, book attendees online for live classes, or reach out for webinars. The featured events also have strong, visible calls to action which help boost lead conversions on the events pages.
The RSVP manager on Solodev equipped site administrators with the option to offer both free and paid registrations on different levels based on a user’s membership status. The site -- and more specifically the manager -- integrated with FloridaMakes’s CRM, so leads are automatically imported into their database;
Solodev DCX allowed FloridaMakes an interactive mobile-first website that put their services at the fingertips of their target audience. It also modernized the website’s UI and UX to balance the sophistication of their target market. Solodev DCX didn’t weigh down the FloridaMakes team in code. The low code/no code infrastructure of the platform’s CMS allowed FloridaMakes to update content assets and messaging with ease. Solodev DCX provided customer experience tools and A/B testing functionalities to strengthen marketing efforts.
Throughout this process, Solodev offered quick training and access to extensive platform documentation. This allowed the FloridaMakes team to get on their feet quickly and shortened the learning curve associated with most customer experience and CMS platforms.
By using Solodev DCX for AWS, FloridaMakes built a community in the digital space that extended into the physical one. Thanks to AWS’s infrastructure, FloridaMakes now also has a secure, scalable affordable cloud hosting platform for their website. The Solodev DCX gives their marketing team the freedom to rapidly update content and building new experiences without managing servers or infrastructure.
FloridaMakes can successfully utilize it website to engage the manufacturing community and establish bridges between manufacturers and those who supply the needed goods and services to facilitate growth. The FloridaMakes website does more than look good. The highly visual, highly functional site puts the Solodev DCX platform’s flexibility to the fullest while letting administrators reliably update the website’s content. The mobile responsive design also engages with a broader audience on a reliable AWS infrastructure.
Thanks to the comprehensive training and reliable documentation, the FloridaMakes team now builds out their own page content and makes adjustments to their websites without relying on the Solodev support team;
