Forms Database allows Solodev users to organize and store information in ways they never could before. Rather than receiving an email, the information is stored in a user-friendly database. Administrators can set permissions and other users can access the information needed to handle incoming request in a timely manner.

Forms Database has been extremely popular with city and county governments. Palm Coast, Florida has used this software as their Issue Tracking System. Residents go online, complete the form, and their complaints are logged by the city.

Forms Database as an Issue Tracking System eliminates a number of the incoming calls that flood most departments as well as provides all information required to handle the issue at hand.

Meritas schools have chosen Solodev to redesign and manage Lake Mary Preparatory School's website. Lake Mary Preparatory School will be using Solodev's Site Publish Pro to make content changes as well as Forms Database to handle requests for information with external and internal forms. Lake Mary Prep School is located in Lake Mary, FL.

Lake Mary Preparatory School's new site was launched in early February and has experienced an increase in visitors. The admissions staff is now able to use Forms Database to keep track of incoming requests. The staff will be trained using Site Publish Pro in the coming weeks.
