It is crucial for businesses to have a handle on how work progresses through a business, department, or person. For this reason, Solodev has a customizable workflow system built into our software to allow for seamless workflow management that increases productivity and communication in the process.

Password-Protected Login

In order to ensure issues are filled out properly and followed up on accordingly, password protected areas will be created for all those that need to interface with the workflow system. Once logged in, each user will see a custom screen detailing the assignments they are responsible for, reports they have submitted and the available forms to submit requests through.

Customized Request Forms

Request forms can be customized to fit any organization, department and type of request. Once the forms are created and uploaded, a database will be created to save all the pertinent information a user will submit via the form. This will serve as an archive for future reference. Secondly, the workflow detail can be added and the workflow process is ready to be implemented. Solodev will automate the remainder of the functions as specified while increasing the productivity of the organization. Additionally, the application will allow administrators to create new types of forms to handle any other type of request that needs to be managed with a workflow process.

Multiple Levels of Workflow Based on Submission Category

An organization will never be limited to one workflow approval process in Solodev. The approval process will be dictated by the administrator that set up the form, so custom workflows will generate improved productivity for any department that uses it.

Email Notifications

Once a form is submitted, parameters will be set up to determine how the request will then be routed. Part of these parameters will include notifying the appropriate party, via email, that a form has been submitted and needs to be reviewed.  These email notifications will continue along with the request until the job has been finalized or the issue resolved.

Automated Approval Process

Once approval has been obtained by all qualified parties, the remaining details of the project can be fulfilled through the application. These consist of elements such as check requests sent to the Finance department, notifications of effected and /or responsible parties, and so much more.

Advanced Reporting

Because of our advanced system utilizing data tables, Solodev is able to have highly scalable reporting techniques through the Solodev software. These will assist managers in making sure employees are delivering results in an efficient manner and help to better formulate future processes that could be improved upon.
