Paperless application processing

The Solodev applicant tracking system allows for seamless processing of online applications and streamlines the hiring process both internally and for the end user. Furthermore, the system will provide detailed reporting on all aspects of the application and selection process.

Application Center

Once implemented, applicants will be required to create a password protected account in order to apply for jobs or programs offered at your organization. This feature will enable applicants to manage one single profile that can be used to apply for multiple jobs or programs. This feature will also provide applicants with a status of where their application is in the selection process. As an applicant’s status changes, they will be notified accordingly via email.

Applicant Rating System

Your organization's staff will be given the tools to rate applications during the review process. This feature will then allow the selection or evaluation committee to easily find qualified applications, whom previously applied, for positions as they become available.

Multiple Levels of Approval

The Solodev applicant tracking system will implement a three level approval system. First, the applicant applies online and will need to pass the initial approval process. If approved, the applicant will be forwarded to the next level of approval. From there, if approved, the applicant will finally be forwarded to the final or interview stage. The applicant will continually be notified via email of their status.

Email Notifications

Once an application is submitted, parameters will be set up to determine how the request will then be routed. Part of these parameters will include notifying the appropriate party, via email, that an application has been submitted and needs to be reviewed. These email notifications will continue along with the application until the request has been finalized or fulfilled.

Applicant Reporting

The applicant tracking system will allow users to pull many detailed reports. Of these reports, there are two primary reports worth mentioning. First, there is the report to review all applications submitted. Second, there is a report to pull up all applicants who have ever applied to your organization.
